It's Popeyes, you know what you're getting. The chicken is better than KFC,but that's a matter of opinion of course. This location, though, can't get its sh*t together when it comes to service. If you don't have 15 minutes to kill and there are more than 2 people in line, just walk away. They are constantly understaffed at the counter, and those that ARE there move slowly and make it obvious that they don't want to be there. God forbid you ask for sauces or ketchup. They act like you're asking them to drive to Memphis for it, instead of walking 3 feet to the back counter.
They prioritize drive thru customers, so if you're in the store you can watch 6 orders get filled while you wait. At least it's amusing to hear them mess up those orders too. -

I stopped in for lunch one day here. I'm always hoping that Popeyes is one day going to wow me - still waiting...
I ordered the 5 piece chicken strips combo - it comes with two sides - I selected green beans and mashed potatoes, plus it comes with a biscuit. I opted for a bottle of cold water to go with it.
Food was served up quickly. The chicken was dry and clearly had been sitting for a while. The biscuit was also dry and had seen better hours.
The mashed potatoes were the star of the show, the green beans were mushy.

No po' boy sandwichs here? This is Popeyes, right? Every chance I gave this place was an adventure in bad customer service. for the price - I just don't need the aggravation anymore.

A 12 minute wait for a breast after we paid, told I couldn't get two thighs unless I got a combo or platter, two managers at the counter. This is the second failure in a week. Got a family meal to go on at the drive-through on Sunday and it was all tough and over-cooked. Today, we got our money back and went across the street to Wendy's. Not sure if we'll go back to Popeye's.

This location swiped my card a few times after their systems stated it was "declined." The money withdrew out of my account and I've been calling and emailing back and forth to get my money back from Popeyes. The manager on duty last Monday stated they don't check credit card transactions when closing the store and running end of day opperations which is hard to believe. Now this location is asking additional banking information after taking 40 dollars out of my account with no food or compensation provided.
